Initial consultations are £50 in Harley Street and are free in our Alton practice. The initial consultation is time for us to meet, for me to find out more about what it is you want to change and for you to ask any questions you may have.

Subsequent sessions are £135 in Harley Street and £70 in our Hampshire practice.

Sessions which are cancelled in our Harley Street practice with less than 3 days notice will be charged at 50% of the full session price.

Payment is by cash or cheque which is supported by a bankers card please.

Typically, someone who wishes to become a non-smoker can take three sessions. Four sessions are needed for a Mum-to-be to have a hypnobirth. Behaviour modification such as increased confidence takes two sessions. It is important to remember that the number of treatments required varies from person to person, while some people require more sessions and others require less. Hypnosis works very quickly and complicated or deep rooted issues generally take between two and four sessions to resolve.

Some of the sessions may be recorded so that you receive a CD at the end of that session, to enable you to go into hypnosis in your own time while listening to the CD. For each client we record the last session onto CD so that you can enjoy deep, relaxing and refreshing hypnosis in your own time when you have successfully completed your treatment.

Session Times

Session days in Harley Street and Alton vary from week to week.  In Harley Street sessions are generally from 2 o'clock in the afternoon with the last session of the day at five thirty in the afternoon.  In Alton sessions start at 10 o'clock in the morning and the last appointment being at six in the evening.  If you have any questions about appointments please give me a ring as we can usually accommodate later appointments in you wish.
