With modern life becoming faster and faster and using more and more technology, it is very easy to forget to relax and take time out for yourself.
The ten top tips for a calm mind are deigned to help you take control of your life rather than react to situations. It is important to make time to relax in our lives and do those things that encourage you to take life a little slower. And as a result of more mental calmness in our life we tend to be more productive. We also keep situations in their true perspective because we have the time and space to think before we react to a given situation. One common example of a situation when we overreact is when we have been cut up by another driver.
It is much better to just accept that some people behave in that negative way and for us to stay in a positive mind set and as a result of that acceptance our blood pressure stays at a normal level.
For a more balanced life there are three essential ingredients: mental calmness, being physically relaxed and better quality sleep. When these are combined together they bring essential qualities back into our life which modern life has eroded or in some cases completely taken away.
So use your imagination. Imagine waking from a refreshing, deep and relaxing sleep being able to face the demands of the day and feeling relaxed and calm at the end of the day so that you easily go into deep restful sleep to ‘recharge’ your batteries. This is easily achievable with the power of our subconscious mind. By using this unique power we are able to achieve what we desire because our mind is open to positive suggestions while in hypnosis and this is where we can make positive and beneficial changes.
The conscious mind is responsible for short-term memory, analytical thinking and questioning.
Your subconscious mind is responsible for all your autonomic processes such as blood circulation, breathing, heart beat and tissue repair.
Hypnosis is simply a state of heightened relaxation and altered awareness. It is simply, a dreamy, pleasant experience.
While in hypnosis we are conscious and are completely in control and are aware of what is being said to us.
Using hypnosis is often the start of a new way of life and your first visit could be the start of an exciting, stimulating and challenging journey. Be amazed at how good you are with hypnosis and discover your true potential.
